Technology Requirements
Telehealth visits at Renewed Mind Integrative Consulting are designed to be straightforward. Most patients are already equipped with everything they need to get started.
A Camera-Enabled Device
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone is all you need. No special software download is required in most cases — visits connect directly through your web browser.
A Stable Internet Connection
A reliable broadband or cellular connection ensures a smooth, uninterrupted visit. We recommend a private network rather than public Wi-Fi to protect your health information during the session.
A Private, Quiet Space
Choose a location where you can speak openly without being overheard. This protects your privacy and allows you to get the most out of your appointment. If you have concerns about privacy at home, let us know and we will discuss options.

No Recording Without Consent
Your video visits are never recorded without your explicit written consent. What happens in session remains between you and your provider.

Your medical records are stored in a secure, access-controlled portal. They are only accessible to you and your care team in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Telehealth is not appropriate for mental health emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services right away.
